  Dernièrement, l’espace Pierre Loti a été inauguré à Boulay. Il s’agit d’une section franco-turque, un des 9 projets du PER (Pôle d’Excellence Rurale). Ce nouveau service de la bibliothèque communautaire regroupera plus de 3 000 livres en français et en turc et permettra d’aborder la culture turque dans tous les domaines.
  La population d’origine turque représente près de 500 personnes à Boulay. Malgré la bonne intégration de cette communauté dans la vie de la cité, sa culture teintée d’influences européenne (...)

  A silly motto had developed in the West in the past decade. “Not all Muslims are terrorists, of course,” people would utter it, smilingly, only to add; “but all terrorists are Muslims.” Yet now, the monstrous violence committed by Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian terrorist who killed more than 70 of his innocent countrymen, clearly debunks that rhetoric.

  Nicolas Sarkozy a bâti sa politique méditerranéenne avec l’énergie et l’improvisation qui ont caractérisé l’ensemble de sa diplomatie.
